About 15 years after opening, the City of Plano was ready to expand a facility that we had originally designed. Goals for the project included additional fitness and locker space, substantial renovations to existing locker rooms, and remodeling of the main lobby and ancillary spaces. The 12,000 sf addition provided a substantial capacity increase. Much of the existing interiors were enhanced for a new generation of users.
