While this compact site was ideal in its location inside a medical district and adjacent to a light rail station, little space was available for parking. In response to this problem, the structure was raised, allowing parking on the ground level, but screened behind entry points. Expansive exterior glazing allows natural light to permeate into waiting areas & perimeter corridors.
