Our team completed a city wide needs assessment in 2003. The city hall and police department shared an existing classic 1950’s design. Once budgets were established and site conditions evaluated, it was determined that saving the old building would cost more than building two new facilities that would serve the city for many years. The new city hall houses a state-of-the-art council chamber and broadcasting capabilities. The municipal court along with district attorney offices, court clerks and records is also located in the new city hall.
This project is Phase 2 of a municipal complex. You may also be interested in Phase 1, which included police services.
