This 85,000 SQ FT facility is the next big thing for North Richland Hills’ multiple-award winning parks department. It is also a building by which other cities compare themselves and aspire to. It will not only house traditional rec center amenities such as a natatorium, gym, track, fitness, & cardio spaces, but also integrated a senior center and ballrooms with banquet capacity for 300. All of this, and it is founded on a sustainable financial model, also led by BSW.
