We were tasked with developing an in-depth audit of the existing aquatic component of Texas A&M’s Student Recreation Center, including a 50 meter pool, separate 10 meter diving pool, a 25 yd X 25 yd practice pool, an outdoor leisure pool, and a spectator seating area for 6000. Our team examined all of the aquatic components, HVAC equipment and systems as well as all architectural elements. We developed a report identifying all needs, remedies and budgets for improvements. This examination and scope of work ultimately became part of the larger center expansion project which was simultaneously underway.
